United Way of Northeast Arkansas' Stuff the Bus is a community-wide school supply drive with multiple locations covering seven counties and serving 20 school districts across Northeast Arkansas. Each year, Stuff the Bus draws parents, teachers, students, and residents across Northeast Arkansas together for the common goal of helping our students succeed in school. In 2023, 41,707 supplies were donated and distributed out to local schools.

Sign your company up for a 2024 Team/Business Drive today! All businesses who sign up will receive an email with more details about their drive! 

How to Host a Team/Business Drive:

1. Fill out the form linked below to sign up your business or team 
2. Print out materials sent to you from United Way staff (this will be sent upon receipt of request)
3. Collect lots of supplies! 
4. Count your supplies - fill out provided google document BEFORE bringing supplies to your Walmart store location.
5. Drop your collected supplies off at your nearest Stuff the Bus location on August 3rd between 9:00am and 3:00pm
6. Take a team photo with your supplies and send to heather.coats@local.unitedway.org
